By using the Forums or indicating your arrangement in the introductory screen, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of these legal terms of use and indicating your acceptance of these legal terms of use. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Forums.
1. Forums
We agree to provide you access to the Forum in accordance with these legal terms of use. Forums are provided for personal use. You must obtain access to the Forums through your own Internet connection account with another company. Our Forums are only for the use of individuals over the age of 18.
2. Limitations of Service
Unfortunately, computers need routine maintenance and sometimes break down; we cannot control when subscribers access its server. As a result, we do not guarantee that you will be able to access the Forums at any particular time. Our Forums are provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis. Whilst we will not intentionally inspect the contents of your transmissions, we reserve the right to co-operate fully with local or governmental officials in any legally authorised investigation concerning in relation to any transmissions transmitted via the Forums.

(g) We do not want to play any part in your publishing or receiving defamatory remarks or obscene materials, or misappropriating the property rights of others. However, we cannot effectively monitor or edit the content of Forum transmissions. You specifically agree not to submit, publish, or display on or through the Forums any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually orientated, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material; nor shall you encourage the use of controlled substances.
YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH MATERIAL PUBLISHED BY YOU OR RECEIVED BY YOU AND YOU FULLY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY US FROM ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SUCH TRANSMISSIONS, PUBLICATIONS OR RECEIPT.
Transmission of material, information or software in violation of law or regulation is prohibited. You specifically agree not to upload, post or reproduce in any way any materials protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
(h) If you violate the restrictions in these legal terms of use, you agree to indemnify us for any losses, costs or damages, including reasonable legal fees incurred by us and relating to, or arising out of such a breach. You, not us, are responsible for your behaviour.
4. Software
You are responsible for obtaining your own software to use the Forums.
5. Limitations of Liability
ALL THE FORUMS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS WITH YOU.
6. Term and Termination
Your access to and use of the Forum may be terminated at any time, for any reason or for no reason by us.
7. Entire Agreement
These legal terms of use contain the entire understanding between us with respect to use of the Forums and no representations, statements or inducements, oral or written, not contained herein shall bind either of us.
Miscellaneous
Should any part of these legal terms of use, for any reason, be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion, and such remaining portion shall remain in force and effect, as if these legal terms of use had been had the invalid portion eliminated. These legal terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. These legal terms of use shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of us and our respective heirs, successors and assigns.
The Forums are intended for use only by individuals who are over the age of 18. No individual under the age of 18 must use the Forum.
If the rules and etiquette are not observed, you will be excluded from the Forum.
We encourage you:
To be responsible and to respect our community as well as others participating within the community. Your conduct should be guided by common sense, basic etiquette, and these Forum rules.
To keep your home address and personal facts private. We strongly advise you NOT TO MEET UP with ANYONE from the Forum.
To have the permission of the bill-payer before using the Forum. You will obtain more chat for less cash at off peak times. For most people (in the UK) this is after 7pm in the week and all day at weekends.
We discourage any of the following:
Participating in off-topic discussions.
Use of explicit/vulgar/obscene language.
Posting or referencing sexually explicit images or other offensive conduct.
Using racially or ethically offensive language.
Discussing or incite illegal activity, such as taking drugs etc.
Disrupting the flow of chat in Forum with vulgar language, abusiveness, hitting the return key repeatedly or inputting large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, etc.
Soliciting for the exchange of sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to minors; including but not limited to any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer generated image or picture (actual or simulated).
Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, or doing anything else to a Forum participant that is unwanted.
Offering for sale products or services.
Infringing anyone else's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark, rights or publicity, or other proprietary rights.
Impersonating or representing Livingit, Livingit staff, or community leaders.
Linking to content not allowed in Livingit.com.
Soliciting Livingit.com member's password or other account information.
Harvesting screen names.
Posting or requesting personal or other information from anyone, including, without limitation, any of the following: full name, home address, telephone number, picture etc.
